Cyber risk is a leadership system, not a technical register
A practical view of turning risk language into accountable decisions.
Read the journalCYBER / AI / DIGITAL STRATEGY
I help leaders turn complex technology, cyber risk and AI ambition into resilient systems, products and decisions that work in the real world.
HOW I HELP
More than two decades of technology leadership, grounded in delivery—from standalone transformation to the diligence, integration and separation demands of M&A.
ADVISORY & CONSULTING
[ 01 — CAPABILITIES ]
Translate cyber risk into clear decisions, practical controls and governance that leaders can own.
02Move from experiments to an adoption model that balances value, trust, capability and control.
03Lead the development and delivery of complex products across FinTech, RegTech and health, connecting product direction, engineering teams and business needs.
04Make complexity visible, connect strategy to systems, and design change that can actually be delivered.
05Expose technology and cyber risk before the deal, shape the integration or separation, and protect value through execution.
06Build the confidence, shared understanding and practical skills teams need to make better decisions and deliver change.
THE WHOLE SYSTEM
[ 02 — ABOUT ]
I have worked as a product and development leader, delivering complex products across the FinTech, RegTech and health sectors. My experience spans technology leadership, product development, architecture and cyber risk, alongside building hyper-productive teams.
My approach is curious, direct and grounded in delivery. I care about what holds up beyond the presentation: the decisions people can understand, the systems teams can operate, and the change organisations can sustain.
